Dr. Amanda Harding is a board-certified physician and the founder of Zzap Health, Zzap Pediatrics, and Zzap Med Spa in Timnath, Colorado. Her approach integrates personalized nutrition, targeted supplementation, and strategic guidance with hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
Becky is skilled in analyzing functional lab panels to create individualized nutrition protocols, lifestyle recommendations, nervous system regulation, and customized meal plans to help clients restore balance and optimize their well-being.
